The staff didn't mention it when I checked in, and I wish I had known beforehand. Total chaos!

We had the most very pleasant few days there. Everything was amazing during 1 day, appreciated its nice location just off downtown and the markets and Riyadh. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Private bathroom was spacious.
Some people working there were unprofessional.

I had a lovely stay! The hotel's cozy vibe and beautiful decor made it a great escape. The suhoor buffet during Ramadan was really impressive with a variety of delicious dishes. Plus, its central location made it super easy to check out nearby attractions. The kindness and respect from the staff, especially Moudi, made my experience feel special.
There were some hiccups. The underground parking wasn’t ideal, and I faced issues with the Wi-Fi being down for several days. I had requested a baby crib multiple times, but it didn’t arrive until the last night, which was quite frustrating. Service could definitely use some improvements.

Beautifully maintained room, comfy bed and quiet in the evenings. A mini bar fridge, an individual safe, and air conditioner were nice. Good very central location, just next door to the airport, and Riyadh mall as well as the markets and airport.

Perfect location with mixed service
The hotel offers a fine modern atmosphere and is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, which I greatly enjoyed each morning.
The check-in process was annoyingly slow, taking far too long and impacting my overall experience. Room cleanliness also left much to be desired .
